Barenbrug announces partnership with Le Golf National |

Le Golf National is preparing to host, for the first time in France, one of the biggest sports competitions in the world: the Ryder Cup. It will attract nearly 70,000 spectators between 20 and 25 September 2018 coming to watch the top 24 golf players in the world compete.
The choice settled on for the Albatros course was a mixture of Barenbrug turf with creeping perennial ryegrass RPR (Regenerating Perennial Ryegrass technology), slender creeping red fescue and latest-generation chewings fescue.
With this event in mind, internationally renowned greenkeeper and agricultural engineer Alejandro Reyes has been working since 2013 to prepare a golf course of impeccable quality. He will direct 170 mainly European greenkeepers and gardeners during this competition.
